The colonoscopy and endoscopy procedures went well and Dr. Gilbert provided a very detailed report with photos. I have had 2 prior colonoscopies with the usual unpleasant effects but never nausea. This time the colonoscopy prep was rough due to severe nausea. I found out later that I should have been prescribed anti-nausea medication along with the prep solution. I also found out that I should have received a call from the office before the procedures to verify I had everything needed, but that didn’t happen. Dr. Gilbert was great and the nurses and other support staff were friendly and efficient. The person/people responsible for prescribing meds and prior contact obviously didn’t do their job and need to improve.
Everyone was so very nice, extremely accommodating. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!!!
